Shipping
CPAP warehouse Canadaoffers free standard ground shipping, anywhere in Canada, on orders over $150. On orders less than $150, standard shipping rates may apply and will be calculated at checkout. CPAP warehouse Canadaships to Canadian customers at Canadian addresses only.
Rush or Overnight orders made prior to 1pm MST will be processed same day. In the rare event of an out-of-stock or back-ordered item that may delay shipping, CPAP warehouse Canadawill notify you and your items will be processed and shipped within 5 working days.Â
Warranty Policy
All products purchased come with a manufacturer’s standard warranty. All CPAP/Auto-CPAP/BIPAP/ Machines have a 2 year warranty supported by the Manufacturer. CPAP warehouse Canadawill assist the customer in working with the manufacturer,
Returns for Exchange
With our Risk Free Mask Guarantee program, any eligible* CPAP Mask purchased from CPAP warehouse Canadamay be exchanged within 30 days from the initial purchase date. Simply choose one of the following options:

Exchanges are not permitted outside of 30 days. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Client is responsible for shipping the mask back to CPAP warehouse Canada. Indo Canada Enterpriseswill cover shipping for the new mask to the client.
Exchanges are done on masks of the same value. If exchange with a mask of a higher value, the price difference will be charged. Mask Guarantee can be performed only one time per customer.
Returns for Refund
Full Refund will be granted on any CPAP Mask or CPAP Accessory purchased from CPAP warehouse Canadawithin 30 days from the initial purchase date if the item is in SEALED PACKAGING. A 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from any refund within 30 Days.
Refunds are not permitted outside of 30 days or on items that have been opened. Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Â
General
CPAP machines cannot be exchanged or refunded. In special circumstances such as death or critical illness of the intended user, we will grant a special consideration and may offer a full refund, provided that the equipment has all accessories in sealed packaging and has not been used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping items for return or exchange
To return your product, mail your product to:
The store at the address mentioned in your return approval letter.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items marked with this Rx logo require a prescription before they can be approved and shipped. If your cart includes an item that requires a prescription, none of your items will ship until we have received the required prescription.
